We collect personal information through your voluntary submissions, through the collection and analysis of information about your device and browsing activity, through cookies and similar technologies, and through other sources permitted by law.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Website functionality. Some third parties listed below may set their own cookies, which are governed by their respective privacy policies.

However, no website or online service is completely secure, and you provide information at your own risk.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Opt-Out Rights
You have choices about how your information is used:
- Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that allows you to opt out of future marketing messages. We may still send non-marketing transactional messages, such as ticket confirmations.
- Text messages (SMS). If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or other communications.
- Opt out of tracking / “Your Privacy Choices.” To the extent our use of tracking technologies constitutes a sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out by adjusting your cookie preferences or by contacting us at info@standupsandstartups.com.
- Opt-out preference signals. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by applicable law. Because such signals are browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable the signal on each browser and device you use.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to receive a copy of your information in a portable format; to opt out of certain processing; and to appeal a denial of a request. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Marketing Incentives
From time to time we may offer discounts, free items, or other benefits in exchange for your providing personal information, such as your email address or phone number, to receive marketing communications. Under some state laws these offers may be considered “financial incentives.” Participation is voluntary, you may withdraw at any time using the opt-out methods in Section 7, and any value associated with such information is reasonably related to the value the offer provides to you.
